Import Subscriptions
Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file to bulk-import customers and their subscriptions.
Excel File Format
Each row represents one product line item. Multiple rows with the same Customer Email and Subscription Group Identifier are grouped into one subscription. Combo products are auto-expanded based on the ProductMaster configuration.

Customer Email: Required. Used as the unique customer identifier.
Customer Name: Full name of the customer.
Customer Phone: Phone number.
Meal Preference: veg or non_veg
Subscription Group Identifier: Optional. Same value = same subscription entity. Leave blank for separate subscriptions.
Product ID: Required. ID from ProductMaster.
Effective Date: Start date for meals. Format: YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY
Meal Balance: Number of remaining meals for this product.
Price per Product: Price for this product line.
Subscription Status: active, paused, trial, pending, etc.
Special Instructions: Delivery or meal notes.
Chapati Count: Number of chapatis (e.g. 2, 3, 4). Leave blank for breakfast.
Rice Option: standard_rice, more_rice, or no_rice
Sweet Option: standard_sweet or no_sweet
Curd Option: standard_curd or no_curd
Salad Option: standard_salad or no_salad
Veg Type: Veg or Non Veg
Address Tag: Home, Office, etc.
Location: Area/locality text.
Building Details: Flat number, building name, landmark.
Google Maps URL: Full Google Maps link — used to extract lat/lng.
Is Default Address: TRUE or FALSE
Zone ID: Required. ID of the Zone entity.
Rider ID: ID of the Rider entity.
Total Subscription Price: Overall total for this subscription group.
Payment Method: migrated, bank_transfer, wallet, stripe
Payment Proof URL: URL to payment screenshot if applicable.
